"B"

I just wanted to publicly state how much I love my man. Cause it's a lot. Often when I get to thinking, I become overwhelmed with gratitude for where my life has taken me. Where I have been, and where I am now...Physically, spiritually, mentally & emotionally. What are some things about my sweetie that I can't get enough of?

He listens. ...And I talk. A LOT.
He cares about my feelings, and my well-being.
He is an amazing daddy.
He makes me dinner almost every night.
He makes mashed potatoes from scratch, in a pressure cooker.
He owns a pressure cooker.
He always washes his socks together, so there are never any flying solo.
He kisses me on the nose when we sit in church.
He always gives me his jacket, even when he reminds me to bring one and I don't.
He pretends to care about my scrapbook finds
He remembers what I have planned and asks me how everything went.
He tells me I am appreciated.
He surprises me.
He knows me.
He texts me all day long.
He misses me when I'm not around.
Every day he tells me he can't wait to marry me.
He lets me complain.
He rubs my feet.
He likes to kiss me when I am doing the dishes.
He is a good person.
He can always make me laugh
He makes me want to be a better person.
He makes me a better person.
He puts up with my weird antics.
He laughs at my jokes.
He gets along with my family.
He is always willing to help anyone, at any time.
He is practical.
He would do anything for me or his son.
He lets me have "me time" when I need it.
He tells me he misses me during "me time"

I love you B :) Thanks for being you.

It's me, Lisa. I use to write on this blog.

Here are things I have been doing with my spare time lately, instead of blogging:

spending hours online looking at ideas for the wedding
cleaning my mans apt, because I'm swell.
putting on my bare minerals make-up because I love it
finally deciding on a wedding style & colors.
dreaming of Diet Coke, and drinking water.
changing my wedding style & colors.
making a final decision on the wedding colors.
watching HGTV.
starting 187 projects I wont finish.
changing the final wedding colors.
baking stuff I am currently not allowed to eat.
finally seeking advice from my (soon-to-be) MIL & REALLY deciding on wedding specifics.
missing my fam.
meeting some new fun peeps.
starting 3 new scrapbooks.
losing 11 pounds.
trying to figure how all of my belongings will fit in B's apt.
trying to figure out how I will keep my sanity when it comes time to make my 7th move in the past 2 years.
dreaming of being married.
becoming incredibly antsy for out paperwork to show up.
learning some exciting news from a good friend.
24. for hours on end.
crying. in a good way.

Welcome to

"The Diet Coke Can"
The never-ending story of a woman with little to no self-discipline, and an undying love for carbonated beverages"

Take two... Er...3....wait, take 6....Oh, forget it.

Ok but seriously though...I have been soda-free for 4 days. I have replaced the soda with water, have you heard of it? Apparently it's quite a bit better for you, and you can get it pretty much anywhere. I think i'm on to something big here:)

These are my current symptoms:

1. Headaches. Duh.
2. Like reeeeally bad Headaches.
3. Like an ACME-stone-fell-on-my-head type of the headache.
4. Potty breaks every 10-15 minutes. Geez water. Cool it.
5. Outbursts of rage when that "Phshekk" sound is made in the distance. You know...the sound of the can opening. I like that sound. Well not any more, now I hate that sound.

Perhaps I should just not be a failure and stick with it this time to avoid these things. We shall see.

What is that, you say? ...I have a blog?

Hello readers (translation: hi mom),

Where to begin?

We went to Utah for New Years. It was really fun to introduce Will and spend time with friends and family for a few days. Here are some pictures from our vaca.

I love this life.
